Mike needed the credit so he hopped on Magic Springs Vekoma Suspended Looping Coaster: Gauntlet.

You know how they say sometimes teenagers don't think? Well this is a perfect instance. While we were heading down to Gauntlet so Mike could ride Jacob said that he was going to ride. Out of the blue Bond said that he was going to ride. I think he realized that he was in for some serious head banging about the time he pulled down the over the shoulder restraints by his expression here. Oh well as a parent sometimes you have to sit back and let your child make mistakes. ;-)

I hate being a Vekoma hater because if they could make their SLC's (and Boomerangs) smooth they would be amazing rides. I just don't like having my head getting slammed back and forth.

Look at the second row in this photo. You can see Bond with a not so enjoyable expression on his face.

When a coaster enthusiast sees a sign like this it is easy to think "woah they are adding a coaster" but with this being a landlocked corner of the park that is filled with Magic Springs Old No. 2 Logging Company chances are the fun under construction is for the parks Magic Screams Halloween event.
