If you are lucky you'll have Kozmo's Kurves pass right overhead as you motor your way around the Motor Boats.



Carrie was a skilled Motor Boats captain but I have to take my hat off to the boy in the boat who managed to turn his boat sideways in the channel.  That was skill. 



A building shaped like a loaf of bread called "The Loaf" yes I love it!



Of course the coolest food shaped structure at Knoebels is the candy apple stand.  Sadly it was closed as I am always up for a candied apple.



Roto jet rides like this one are getting extremely rare but as many rare rides go Knoebels has one and keeps it up and running.
