Here's Keith Hopkins getting ready for another wild ride on Knoebels Flyers.



The highlight for many of us enthusiasts from far away like myself  is an airtime filled trip on the Phoenix.



There are not many coasters that are truly an inspired and perfect design; the Phoenix is one of them.



To those who don't know the Phoenix takes it's name from the mythical bird because the coaster itself has risen from the ashes of the defunct San Antonio Playland Rocket and was reborn half the nation away at Knoebels.



After a dark tunnel and a trip up the Phoenix's lift hill it's time for some of the best airtime this side of Santa Claus, Indiana.
