The Whipper is another ride at Knoebels that is a must every time we're at Knoebels.  It's a classic ride from early in the 20th century that takes you and whips you around a corner.  Bond even got on the Whipper and loved it!  It's one of those rides where everyone from little kids to adults ride it, get off, and run back to get on it again.



Here is where Knoebels all began 75 years ago.  At the beginning all they had was a swimming hole and they've grown from those humble beginnings to being one of the best parks in the nation.



There's a nice mix of the modern and the past that only Knoebels can provide.



The best is what Knoebels has plenty of including their Grand Carousel.  The horses are all a work of art and in addition to that it has a wonderful organ and you get to reach for the brass ring if you're on the outside row of horses.  Here's Jim McDonnell enjoying a spin.



The natural beauty of Knoebels is something that blows me away.  Theme parks try and try to have a nice atmosphere but Knoebels achieves it by just letting nature take it's course.
