Instead of the normal four across seating for most coasters designed by Bolliger & Mabillard Diamondback has a split seating with the two inside seats next together with the outside seats offset so you are back by yourself.



Diamondback was added to Kings Island in 2009 and has a two hundred and fifteen foot first drop.



Diamondback is really one of the best hyper coasters in the world because it has plenty of everything that makes a great coaster. 



It has a great first drop.  Following that up there are plenty of hills that send you flying up against the restraints with negative g's.



Speed is constant on Diamondback.  There's no such thing as a dull moment during the three minute ride.
