Here's a slightly better view of Diamondback's trains. As you
can see there are two seats right next to each other in the middle and then
the two outside seats are off on the side by themselves.
When we got back to the station the first thing Bond said was that he had
to ride it again but in the back row. Being the obliging proud coaster
enthusiast father that I am we hopped right back in line and went around
again in the back row.
The back is just amazing on Diamondback. You get whipped over the
top of every hill sending you skyward with airtime but it's also nice having
no one squeezed in right next to you. It's a very free feeling, like
you're just hanging there out in space.
Diamondback isn't an out and back like many hyper coasters but just kind
of free flows around and over Kings Island.
