Like the names says this is a racing coaster...



 ...and they actually race it!  Hey Six Flags Great America this is what you are supposed to do with the American Eagle.  Just saying.



Racer 75 opened as the premiere attraction at Kings Dominion in 1975.



Racer 75 for most of its life was the Rebel Yell but with the recent conversation about anything looking like it was honoring the Confederacy Kings Dominion decided to change the rides name.   



It may have list the name but as the way the civil war went Racer 75's blue north train wins every time as it is dispatched a few seconds before the southern red train is giving it an advantage.
