As soon as your train hits the linear synchronous motors you are blasted
to fifty miles an hour up into the rides top hat where you get
a brief moment to collect yourself before the ride sends you plummeting
back down.

If you can survive Sky Rocket's launch and being rocketed straight up
into the top hat the rest of the ride is pretty easy.

Sky Rocket has three inversions. The first is an overbanked turn
followed up by a zero-g roll, and a corkscrew.

Sky Rocket is a really fun ride but after riding Steel Curtain this
feels more like a family multi-looping coaster compared to Steel
Curtain's adult multi-looping design. Both are good but if you are
a little nervous about riding I'd start with this one before you work
your way up to the big new kid on the block.

A park like Kennywood doesn't get to be a hundred and twenty-six years
old without having a ton of classic beloved rides. The Kangaroo is
certainly on that list.
