The Carousel at Kennywood Park, West Mifflin, PA

I am a huge Anton Schwarzkopf fan and have been since I first rode The Whizzer in 1979 but in following thirty-six years of fandom I have not been on one of his Bayern Kurve rides.

Bayern Kurve is half a flat ride and half coaster.

On the Bayern Kurve you ride in a car that are very much like Anton's "Jet Star" and "Speed Racer" coaster trains.

The cars have onboard electrical motors that propel the train around the track faster and faster while the cars tilt more and more the faster the ride goes.

The only bad part of the ride is as you get up to speed on the Bayern Kurve with the world whizzing by in a blur suddenly a horn blares almost at deafening levels really overwhelming your senses.  I loved the ride but could do without the horn.
