After the Phantom's first drop
you have this weird little flat stretch. What I wish Kennywood
would do is to plant trees a next to it to give you more of a sense
of how fast you're really going.
What comes down must go back
up eventually.
Actually this hill is the set
up for what the Steel Phantom and now the Phantom's Revenge is legendary
for; it's 225 foot drop down the side of the valley that Kennywood sits
on top of.
Here's the drop that makes
Phantom's Revenge, 225 feet down through the Thunderbolt ravine.
After the drop the Phantom's
Revenge sends you spiraling back up a hill before blowing you away with
airtime on it's second half.
