The Steel Hawg roller coaster at Indiana Beach, Monticello Indiana

After twisting down to ground level Steel Hawg sends you up and over on a horseshoe shaped turn as the ride nears the end of its 1386 feet of track.

The pop of air as you speed into the brakes is a nice finale to a wickedly fun coaster.

After Steel Hawg I took a few to check out Indiana Beach's extensive collection of kids rides.

If you can see this picture of a this kids ride built by Hampton Rides and hear the horn then you had an awesome childhood. These rides were so much fun part of me wishes someone would build an adult sized version so I can go around and around while pressing the distinctive sounding horn.

Underneath the Tig'rr coaster Indiana Beach has transformed the space into a bar that's full of old signs form the park and even a few old ride vehicles from the parks old Splash Battle ride for added theming.
