While the Hoosier Hurricane
doesn't have the airtime that most coaster enthusiasts crave it flies
through it's course with an unrelenting speed.
After heading out to the tip
of the park and turning around over one of the park's miniature golf
courses and train station and coming within a hair's reach of the Ferris
Wheel the Hoosier Hurricane heads back to it's station on it's narrow
strip of space between the park and lake.
As you can see here the part
of the Hoosier Hurricane that isn't over land has an elaborate system
of piers and structure for support.
Next to the Hoosier Hurricane's
station is Indiana Beach's Log Flume. That's not the Hurricane
track over it but is track from the Cornball Express rollercoaster.
