It was cool getting to go all the way up to Thunderbird's barn
encounter to snap a few photos of it.

Bond was having so much fun showing Charlotte this side of him although
the heat did get her. Like many she got overheated walking up the
hill and back down so we spent a while getting her hydrated and cooled
down. After she got feeling better they headed to Splashin' Safari
to ride out the heat of the day while I headed to nearby Ferdinand, IN
for an adult beverage and some time with my old friend and ex ride op
Joe at the Saint
Bennedicts Brew Works. I'm not a beer drinker but what they
have there is so good I always have to go and enjoy a pint.

Brian was at HoliWood Nights and of course he had to rib Bond about his
"Pretty Young Thing". Brian always sings that Michael Jackson song
to Bond whenever Charlotte comes up and as a result Bond hates it.

The coasters are great but to me the fun of HoliWood Nights is getting
to spend time with my coaster family like Billy.

Speaking of family HoliWood Nights ended up being a momentous one for
our family. When Charlotte and Bond were in school together
from kindergarten to second grade she had given several proposals of
marriage to Bond and Carrie and I joked about the possibility that we
had met our future daughter in law. Well a few weeks before HoliWood Nights Bond proposed over face time and after dropping me off
the day before he braved asking Charlotte's quite imposing father for
her hand in marriage.
Long story short Jeremy didn't kill Bond as he had feared and Bond and
Charlotte's engagement became official. So here is my son, my future
daughter in law and myself .
By the way Charlotte loves coasters so that is a good thing.
