Seeing that Bond has a love for all rides that spin, namely teacups and scramblers I had to introduce him to a classic, the Tilt-A-Whirl.  Holiday World used to have a Tilt-A-Whirl called the Virginia Reel but it was removed because of age and that plot of land was needed for the walkway down into the Thanksgiving section.  As that ride was loved Holiday World added a newer version and had it themed to fit their Thanksgiving section and named it the Turkey Whirl.



We spun, and we spun.  I turned green and Bond loved it.



Unfortunately but not unexpected with it being a new ride from Intamin Pilgrims Plunge was down for the day. 



It turns out that something broke and it had to be special made over in Europe and then shipped over here in order for the ride to run.  It's kind of way out at the far end of the Thanksgiving section but in this view you can get a good overall view of it's lift and drop.
