This is about as big as the wave gets and as you can see most of it is away from you.  Probably the easiest way to describe Pilgrims Plunge is a super sized log flume. 



Here's a nice wide view of the whole ride.  



Both Bond and I really loved Pilgrims Plunge.  It's a hoot of a ride that gets you plenty wet and nice and cool on a hot and humid Southern Indiana summer day.  It may be a bit temperamental being made by Intamin for it's first few years so if you're at Holiday World and it's running go and get on because you'll have some fun.



Brian didn't make it down for Friday because he had to work and with a multi hour drive he missed the morning water park walk back so we met up with him when the park opened.  Brian, always loving a good spin hopped on the Turkey Whirl with Corey and his spinning ride protégé Bond.
