Holiday World & Splashin' Safari Santa Claus, Indiana 2005 Construction November 16, 2004 Page Four
The only place Holiday World had to squeeze the Transfer track in was in the stretch between the station and the lift. So Jeff and the rest of Holiday World's maintenance crew removed the existing track, added some footers and began building. As you can see in the background a staircase has been added from the Raven's brake run to make it easier for maintenance to go from there to the new transfer track.
It'll be interesting to see how the Raven does with two train operation because even with just one train the line never stopped moving. So when both are going you'll fly through it and onto what I consider to be the #1 coaster in the world for a ride. The stretch of midway from the Raven and Legend has always been a bit of a bottleneck so Holiday World is widening the path to alleviate that problem.
