Zoombabwe Under Construction at Holiday World, Santa Claus, Indiana

Yes today was time for my weekly errand run into Santa Claus and I of course drove by Holiday World to see how the construction was progressing.  I was told that Zoombabwe would start to shoot up and it has.  As you can see from last week's update they've really been moving on it.

As I took these pictures I watched one of the workers walking up the top of the slide.  To show you how big this slide really is he is the spec at the end of the tube.  I've done many crazy things in my life but no way would I walk up the top of one of these...especially when it's wet out.

The one thing that really impressed me today was the size of Zoombabwe...I know it's supposed to be huge but you don't realize how huge until you see it.  It looks like a fun slide right now and it is only about half done.  If you look closely you can see some of the structure for it's cross over of the Legend.  I expect it to be over the Legend by next week at the rate they're going.
