So many times I have had my head bashed around on Vekoma inverted coasters I just naturally just tense up for the pain but on Freedom Flyer something interesting happened.



 There was no pain.  There was no roughness.  There was no head banging.  There was no awkward transitions.



The trains were comfortable.  The ride was smooth.  There was absolutely nothing wrong with it with the exception that I had to get off and wait in line for another ride.



The trains on Freedom Flyer are by far my favorite inverted coaster trains.  A big reason I like them is with a lap bar and that the seats are suspended low enough that I was able to put my arms in the air and just let go.



Freedom Flyer was a complete and total surprise.  It certainly was not what I was expecting.
