Music is more of my mothers speed as being 70 the years of screaming her head off on coasters are behind her so we all sat down together to enjoy some live music together.



The band at Dolly's Back Porch Theater was fantastic as they played country and a little bit of rock.  My only complaint was that the drummer was amazing but you couldn't see him play because there were so many artists squeezed onto the very intimate stage.



After a show we were headed up the hill with a first stop off at the Owens Farm to see some daredevils.  Just a little insider knowledge here but if you see a name used somewhere at Dollywood like on this sign chances are it is a little nod to someone who works at the park.  Pete Owens has been Dollywood's Public Relations Director for ages and my guess is he is the Owens in Owens Farm. 



There are two things you can do at Owens Farm.  



You can either fly on the Barnstormer which is a S&S Screaming Swing ride that is a huge favorite of ours or...
