After the horseshoe Mystery Mine takes you up a helix into one of it's safety brakes.  Mystery Mine has seven trains and can run them all at once so there has to be plenty of blocks to keep them all safe.

While it looks like Mystery Mine is a single car it is actually two cars that can twist in order to be able to traverse the ride's sharp twists and turns.

Mystery Mine is the first "Eurofighter" style coaster by Gerstlauer that has been built here in the United States and after riding it I am certain that we're going to be seeing more of them as they're just fun coasters.

After the safety brake and down another helix it is time for the Mystery Mine to take you onto the lower portion of the trestle as you make your way back to the mine.
