Check out the insane banking on that turn.  By the twisty layout of Thunderhead it's definitely another Great Coasters International creation.

Here's one last picture of Thunderhead.  I'm curious how they are going to link the rest of the park with it because it sits quite a way from the nearest midway.  Oh well, I'll find out next spring when Thunderhead starts roaring through Dollywood.

On the way back to the station the Dollywood Express gives you a nice view of Peppermint Valley.

With it being almost December and cold of course the County Fair Falls flume ride is not up and running today.
