That love is the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.



When you enter the line for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad take a look around as there are quite a few homages to Frontierland attractions of the past..



Rainbow Ridge was the fictional town where Disneyland guests boarded the Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland that ran at Disneyland from 1960 to 1977.  It was replaced to make way for Big Thunder Mountain.  Grizzly Gulch is a themed section of Hong Kong Disneyland.  Thunder Mesa is the version of Frontierland at Disneyland Paris.



Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was my first mine train coaster and as amazingly as it is themed I can't rank it or the rides sibling in Florida with other mine trains.  There is the two Big Thunder Mountain Railroad coasters and then there is everything else.



Here is Travis getting ready to experience his first Disney coaster.  In my opinion he is starting on the best.
