Mr. Toads Wild Ride at Disneyland, Anaheim, California

To take a line from the Kevin Smith movie "Mallrats" that I totally agree with is that "Everyone wants Mr. Toads Wild Ride".

This stately manor in Fantasyland is the home of one Mr. Toad.

Mr. Toad was the main character in the book and movie "The Wind in the Willows".  If you haven't seen it I'll give you a little spoiler that Mr. Toad is a bit of a thrill seeker who loves cars and speed.

Inside of Toad Hall guests hop on one of Mr. Toads motorcars for a twisty run through the countryside, London, to jail, headfirst into a train before ending up literally in hell.  Mr. Toads is my favorite dark ride of all time because it is so insane and fun.  A quick note that I am still outraged that Walt Disney World removed their twin tracked version of Mr. Toads Wild Ride for a stupid Winnie the Pooh ride.

Also of historical note is Mr. Toads Wild Ride is one of the few original Disneyland attractions still running and the rides original cars were designed and Built by Arrow Development.

Sleeping Beauty's Castle and the rest of Fantasyland looks amazing after dark.
