Our plan for this Saturday was pretty simple.  We were going to do
		what coaster enthusiasts call
a "kamikaze" and visit more than one
park in a day, namely the three small amusement parks that sit between State
College and Pittsburgh, PA.  The three parks were
		Lakemont Park,
DelGrosso's Amusement Park and Idlewild Park.  We started out at Lakemont
and then headed fifteen miles north to a small park that is known as much
		for the food it has as it is known for its collection of rides;
		DelGrosso's Park.

With a lot of construction going on for DelGrosso's massive waterpark expansion
it was a little confusing finding our way into the parking lot and eventually
over  the road to the ride section of the park.

With hitting three parks in a day we had to plan out our time in order to
get what we wanted out of each park.  For DelGrosso's our goal was
		simply to:

		1.  Ride the Wacky Worm coaster.

		2.  Ride the Crazy Mouse coaster.

		3.  Experience some of DelGrosso's famous pizza for lunch.

The DelGrosso family has owned this park since 1947 although for the most
of the parks history it has been known as Bland's Park.  Bland's Park
got started in 1907 as a small amusement park on Mr. Bland's property.
In 1947 the DelGrosso family purchased the park and in 2000 the name was
		changed to DelGrosso's Park.

After spending the morning at a virtually deserted Lakemont Park it was
nice being in a park that was full of life like DelGrosso's.
