The Sea Dragon is not an intense ride, but it sure is a lot of fun.  Everyone on the Sea Dragon has a smile on their faces.



John Allen began his work at PTC in 1931 learning every part of the business including how to design coasters under the tutelage of the legendary Herbert Schmeck.



His solo design work started here and lasted until 1976 when his final coaster; the Screamin' Eagle at Six Flags St. Louis opened as the tallest, and fastest coaster in the world.



The Sea Dragon's layout is pretty simple and fun packed.  The turnarounds are up high...



...and between the turnarounds are several dips and bunny hops as you work your way through the rides figure-8 layout.
