The Gatekeeper wing coaster at Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio

On the south side of the peninsula Gatekeeper sends riders through an inclined dive loop.

After twisting through Gatekeeper's fifth inversion the ride starts working its way back across the peninsula.

Of course on the way back Gatekeeper has to cross Cedar Point's main entrance once more.

This time as it crosses above the parks main entrance Gatekeeper sends riders through an inline twist. It is fun looking "up" as you invert to see throngs of park patrons down beneath you.

After the rides mid-course brake, and a nice helix Gatekeeper glides into the rides final brakes.

My thoughts on Gatekeeper was that it was an absolutely fun ride and a stunning addition to the park. With capacity for 32 riders per train and three trains on the circuit there was never much of a wait to take Gatekeeper for a ride. Looking back it is by far my favorite of the new to my coasters on this trip to Cedar Point.
