Cedar Point certainly needed the added capacity with three trains as
even now some twenty-nine years later it is still as popular as it was
when it opened in 1994.
With Raptor literally a few steps from Cedar Point's entrance it is
often the first coaster than many visitors stop at which makes getting
multiple rides a little hard. All throughout my visit the shortest
Raptor's line got was fifty minutes.
After a full day of walking on by I finally joined up Raptor's massive
queue on the second day of my visit. Thankfully it gave as
an amazing ride as I had remembered.
Despite taller, longer and faster inverted coasters out there Raptor is
still one of the best. I think on my next visit I need to just
budget for a Fast Lane pass so I can skip the line and really enjoy
Raptor more.
That is the end of my visit to Cedar Point. With eleven years
since my last visit one thing I am certain of as I walked past Raptor's
lift hill and under Gatekeeper's pair of inversions over the exit to
Cedar Point was that I really don't want to ever wait that long before
visiting again.
Now it is time to start planning a 2024 or a 2025 visit to Cedar Point.
Next time I need to bring Bond along for the ride.
