There was hardly a line for Mantis so we took it for a spin.

Stand Up coasters can be fun and Mantis looks really cool but for some reason this coaster doesn't do much for me.

What's strange is I really liked Chang at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom (Now Green Lantern at Six Flags Great Adventure) which has the same layout as Mantis except for a different ending and an additional loop. While scouring my brain as to why Mantis isn't liked as much as Chang I came upon the fact that Mantis has a brake that slows you down as you head down the first drop. I guess that reduced speed makes Mantis less enjoyable ride for me.

Well even though I prefer Mantis' faster sibling if there's hardly a line I'll always hop on it for a ride.
