Demon Drop is all about the anticipation as you go up the elevator then so slowly move out to the drop position.  I always have butterflies in my stomach as you just don't know when the floor is going to come out from under you and fall.  It's a fantastic rush and I hope the rumors of it's eventual demise are false as it'd be a shame to see it go.



Cedar Point didn't let me down at all with the meal.  I had a brat, chicken, beans, slaw, ice cream and a cookie.  By the time we left the picnic pavilion I was stuffed. In this ugly tan building is Disaster Transport.  It is a bobsled coaster that used to be known as Avalanche Express.  At some time Cedar Point decided to enclose it and give it some sort of outer space theme.  There used to be posters and announcements that said something about "Escape to Alaska" but most of that's gone as the in line theming seems to be a mix of the old theming and a bunch of Cedar Point's Halloween theming.  Still, it was nice to get out of the heat and into some air conditioning.



I had to get at least one ride on the only good wood coaster at Cedar Point, the Blue Streak.



Blue Streak's kind of hidden behind Raptor off of the main midway.  With it's location I've never had much of a wait for it.
