Cedar Point Sandusky, Ohio Coaster-Mania 1999 Page Four
The Gemini is one of the best racing coasters out there. It is an Arrow Dynamics steel coaster with wooden supports. There is a ton of airtime and a few great head choppers on it. My only problem is that the two times I've been to Cedar Point they have not been racing it because only one track was open each time.
Going back to muffle heads as you can see by this picture of Magnum it hit a few during the evening ERT.
I went to Coaster-Mania by myself (Carrie had to work but won't be missing 2000's Coaster-Mania) but I quickly met several fellow enthusiasts Al Miller and George Bowman (I'm in the Raven shirt) who were great to hang out and hit coasters with. I also ran into Rec.Roller-Coaster's very own Dave Althoff and the Ansley's who were great! Hopefully you'll be able to make it to Coaster-Mania 2000 as Carrie, Bond and I will be there and if you need a mask to keep you from accidentally getting a meal of muffle heads during the ERT just seek us out and we'll have one for you!
