These coasters look cool and the swinging motion is something completely unique to this type of coaster.

Vortex was added to Canada's Wonderland in 1991 and was the eighth coaster added to the park.

After Vortex's second drop the rest of the ride is down low over a lake next to Sky Rider and the speed and extreme whipping back and forth around it's turns until the ride comes to an end. It's a heck of a finale and a really great coaster.
