Hey look it's another Immelmann! Technically it is just what
B&M call a "dive loop" but that's just an Immelmann in reverse.
Like many firsts for B&M's coasters Kumba really set the coaster world
on its ear. Before Kumba the majority of sit down looping coasters
were made by Arrow Dynamics with their cookie cutter designs and roughness
loops were going out of style.
But B&M came into the picture and with their completely custom rides
and by using modern computer technology to design their rides with a margin
of error less than the thickness of a piece of paper instead of Arrow's
three or four feet Kumba was worlds smoother and a more enjoyable ride over
the looping coasters of the past.
So technical and historical stuff aside what did I think of Kumba?
Kumba is a top notch coaster that is amazingly fun.
