After Alpengeist the tour took us over to the other side of the park to
give Apollo's Chariot a couple of rides. I would have loved
to get a few pictures of this ride in motion but you really can't see much
of it from inside the park.
We got to try the back and the front and I had to go with the front for
the best seat. Not only does it have great airtime but it has the "Fabio
Seat" where I sat. The "Fabio Seat" is where during
Apollo's Chariot's opening ceremony in 1999 Fabio and a goose collided at
the bottom of the first drop.
We did not get the chance to ride the Loch Ness Monster when we visited
it in the morning so we headed over to grab a couple of rides after the
park was open.
Busch Gardens cleared out a train for us and like the other coasters we
got two rides on it without having to get off. Actually we got off
and switched seats in order to take in the whole ride.
