On the acre and a half that's being used for this coaster the lift hill has been placed on the highest point so that as it twists and turns down the site so the coaster won't lose any momentum that is until you come flying into the brake run.

You can see how twisted the turn at the top of the first drop is going to be.  Great Coasters really do their best to pay homage to some of the twisted designs and designers of the 1920's and 1930's with their coasters.

The workers had the bents piled up on the ground to finish them all off so they match up when finally bolted into the structure.

This day they were working on the twisting first drop as well as one of the turns that wraps around the base of the structure.
