The car's look like psychedelic Aladdin's lamp's on wheels.  I normally get sick on spinning rides but this was great.



Here's how the car whips you.  The bar that comes out perpendicular to the car pulls you forward on the straight-away.  The bar at the bottom of the photo is what whips you around.



...flying to the ground.



The Whip is one of those classic rides from the golden age of amusement parks that are hard to find today.  It gives a great ride in a small area.  More parks need these so if any ride manufactures are reading get on it!  If anything get on down to Americana and "Whip It".
