Across from The Monster sits The Dragon.



The Dragon was Adventureland's first custom built steel looping coaster that opened in 1990.



It was built by OH Hopkins, a company that is well known for building log flumes and rapids rides that decided in the late 1980's to take on the steel coaster world.  Their coasters really never took off and now there is one less to ride.



Ladies and Gentlemen The Dragon is dead.  Long like the Dragon Slayer.



Adventureland's Dragon is no more.  This summer the park started to remove the ride's figure eight finale in preparation for their new for 2021 coaster, the Dragon Slayer.
