Unfortunately Aerosmith has to bail on the recording session for a
concert on the other side of Los Angeles but fortunately for you they order
you a super-mega-stretch limo to bring you along to the show.
I've practically been on the Rock 'N Roller Coaster before as it's design
is a Walt Disney Imagineering Designed, Vekoma Manufactured copy of the
Premiere Coaster's Flight of Fear coaster that is at Kings Island and Kings
Dominion. The big changes from the Flight of Fear design to this one
is there are speakers in these trains (playing Aerosmith songs of course)
and instead of being launched into a dark room the Rock 'N Roller Coaster
launches you into a dark room with a few theming elements added to it like
street signs & a few LA landmarks finally ending up at an Aerosmith
concert.
The Rock 'N Roller Coaster was damn fun. It's not the greatest coaster
at Walt Disney World but it'll give you a fun ride and a heck of a thrill.
Hey look...we're heading into the studios!
Actually this used to be a working studio back in the 1990's. Movies
like "Dick Tracy" and "Ernest Saves Christmas" (yeah what a classic) were
shot here. TV Shows like the "Mickey Mouse Club" and the Hulk Hogan
show "Thunder In Paradise" (another classic) were filmed here. Unfortunately
(or fortunately with movies and shows like "Ernest Saves Christmas" and
"Thunder In Paradise") they haven't produced anything here for quite a while
and are 100% theme park.
My Mom with her age is not a huge ride person anymore but one of the few
things she had to get us on was the Toy Story Midway Mania.
