Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

On March 20th Six Flags St. Louis kicked off of the opening day of the park's 50th season.

The entrance plaza that was added last year was dressed up for spring break and...

...and the "Gateway to Thrills" arch had an addition over the winter with a Screamin' Eagle train speeding over the top.  It is nice seeing this park put a little pride in what they have and dressing it up.

The fountain right in the gates was even dressed up for spring.  Little things like this won't bring in the crowds like a new coaster would (Six Flags corporate did you know you have a park in Missouri?) but it brings a little magic to the park making each the memories that are made here that much more vibrant.

Another nice little thing that Six Flags St. Louis did was bring a little party to the weekend with a "bubble" dance party.  No there were not bubbles for people to dance in during this pandemic but they did have the bubble machines going all out while tunes were cranked up on the Palace Theater steps.
