After taking her on the River King Mine Train, her first Arrow
Dynamics mine train coaster off we had to get Charlotte her credit with a ride on
Ninja.
Ninja has a weird parentage as Arrow Dynamics began the work on it
but went bankrupt half the way through building it for the Expo '86
in Vancouver. As a result Vekoma picked up the pieces and
finished the ride.
After the fair it was moved to Six Flags St. Louis. Being an
old school 1980's Arrow/Vekoma looping coaster there is a bit of
head banging to be expected which is why I pretty much avoid the
ride. I wish Six Flags would retrofit it with either a lap bar
or have the rubber vests like Vekoma uses on their newer rides
because the head chopper as the train dips barely under the chain
return is worth the ride.
Oh my Bond is actually smiling while riding Ninja.
The smile might be more due to the fact that he is riding a coaster
with Charlotte.
