While it may have been a quiet spot for a while behind the fence and facade of old storefronts sat slowly rusting away the long forgotten and abandoned Hannibarrels ride.

The Hannibarrels was one of Six Slags Over Mid America's; as Six Flags St. Louis was known as then, original eight rides when the park opened in 1971.
