For years it ran horrible and if you asked me the only place to sit was in the front as the back would give you a migraine due to roughness. Well the past few years Six Flags has given the Eagle some serious TLC bringing it back to world class status.

So when you're heading to St. Louis to give Evel Knievel a ride just take a walk up the hill and let the Screaming Eagle "wow" you with a fast airtime filled run through the woods.

My new favorite seat is the second to back as there's a nice moment of kick you in the pants airtime like the first drop on the Boardwalk Bullet that will really make your day.

My guess is after this year the Screaming Eagle is going to move up more than a few notches on the coaster popularity polls.
