One of Six Flags St. Louis' first rides was the Log Flume which changed
it's name to that of a bottled water, Ice Mountain Splash.
Ice Mountain Splash is actually two different flume rides. Each one
takes a separate course to end up at the same place, splashing down
and heading into the station.
Bond's favorite part of Six Flags St. Louis is Looney Tunes Town.
At his age anything that he can run around, climb up and slide down is immediately
his favorite.
So Bond ended up doing about twenty laps of climbing up and sliding down.
I joined him for half of them and it was a blast. That's another benefit
of being a father, you can join in some of the fun kiddy rides and attractions
that childless adults can't.
The three of us had a great day at Six Flags St. Louis and chances are we'll
head back this way more than a few times this year. A favorite of
us is to head to the St. Louis Zoo for half a day and then spend the evening
roaming around and riding everything at Six Flags St. Louis.
