With no line Bond had to run ahead and get his own car. I wasn't
too bad having a car to myself because that meant no "elbows of steel" from
Bond. He enjoys sticking his elbows into my ribs when we're going
around a turn or when we're getting some airtime. Don't worry I get
him back when he least expects it as it is all a part of our fun when we
head to a park.
If you happened to visit Kentucky Kingdom when it was a Six Flags park this
was known as Road Runner Express there.
It was one of the rides that Six Flags removed from that park when they
closed it and it opened up at Six Flags New England in 2011 after a little
refurbishment and theming.
Gotham City Gauntlet is your standard wild mouse ride with plenty of sharp
turns and steep drops. It is a fun ride but nothing to wait in a long
line for.
After an afternoon of working our way from one side of Six Flags
New England to the next it was time to climb up from the shores of the Connecticut
River where Biazrro, Gotham City Gauntlet and Catwoman's Whip sits up to
Six Flags New England's exit.
Six Flags New England closed at six but they kept The Grand Carousel running
after that for guests to get one more ride which was really nice.
