Goliath takes the place where Iron Wolf and Z-Force sat before that.
It is a very thin layout that is stretched between the County Fair Train
Station and The Wilderness Theater.
The overbanked turn end of Goliath sticks into the Wilderness Theater while
at the other end above the Train Station sits Goliath's first inversion
which is the dive loop.
A dive loop is a reverse Immelmann where as you head up a hill the track
rolls so you are completely inverted before taking the dive head first down
the latter half of a vertical loop. Being completely enclosed in Goliath's
structure for the dive loop and just hanging against your restraints at
the top is awesome. The hang time is pure bliss.
If you like the hang time in Goliath's dive loop you are going to be blown
away by what comes up next. Goliath's zero-g stall is what makes this
ride. I will have much more on this later.
Even though I have more zero-g stall photos coming up later I will give
you a brief description of it for you. To put it simply it is a hill.
What makes it different as you head up the hill the track rolls 180 degrees
inverting you. You cross over the hill inverted hanging from your
restraints and then as you descend out of hills peak the track rolls another
180 degrees righting you.
