Marvel Cave is where Silver Dollar City got its start as a tourist destination and it is something that Bond and I enjoy visiting when we head to the park.



This trip down into the underbelly of Silver Dollar City was to be a pretty unique one as not only would we be climbing down 300 feet into it...



...but we'd have to climb up 300 feet to get out of it as the lowest parts of the cave tour were completely submerged due to the wet spring we've had. 



They did inform us before heading on down so it is not like we got down there and then surprise you get to climb out instead of taking the incline railway up.  We figured it would be a fun experience and a good workout.



Yay bats!  Bats are cool because they have radar and they eat bugs so it is always good having them around.
