Like I said on my
Epcot Trip Report guys if you're going to drag your lady all around
amusement parks stop and get her a pearl.
After choosing your pearl and doing a little ceremony they shuck the oyster
and remove the pearl from it. This one ended up being a really interesting
blue pearl. It looked so cool I forgot to take a picture of it to
share here. My bad.
I visited SeaWorld Orlando and SeaWorld San Diego on the same year when
I was a kid and both of them had just opened Shark Encounter so there were
some seriously long lines for this attraction then making it hard to enjoy.
This time though it was easy to get into and you could enjoy all of the
fish swimming around and above you in this underwater adventure.
The thing that really blew people's minds back then was that the Shark Encounter
let you experience all of the fish and sharks as if you were walking on
the seabed. The then revolutionary Plexiglas arch was almost as amazing
as the sharks swimming above your head.
