The last of Amber's coupons was for a free game. She walked through the game area studying each game and settled on the old classic "duck pond" game.  Technically they were sharks but just like every other duck pond game she chose a shark and got the level of prize that it said.

Rounding out the rides and our day at Santa's Village was a stop at the Azoosment Country Carousel.

Amber enjoyed their ride on it.

Here is a life lesson passed on to Bond from his Uncle Kevin.  If you want to look like a badass then in photos strike a dramatic pose and stare off screen at something massive.  Not only does it make you look like you can tackle anything but it leads for some amusing photos.

Before we left I had to stop and get my picture taken by one of the iconic snowmen that have lined Route 25 for ages inviting people to come in and enjoy Santa's Village.

We had a wonderful time at Santa's Village despite a few of the rides being down or not ready.  It was amazing to get to introduce Zoey. Logan and especially Amber to what I love and it was really cool getting her on her first and second coaster and getting her into rides.  It was also wonderful getting to hang out with my little brother Kevin and to reminisce about a fun part of our childhood while sharing it with our children.  Days like this are magical.

As for Santa's Village Azoosment Park we loved it.  Honestly it was way better than expected.  As full as the park was on a weekday they have to be doing very well.  I expect to see them grow over the next few years as the Chicago area needs a park like this where it doesn't cost as much as a Six Flags and is more geared towards families with children.  I am thrilled to see the drop tower and Tri-Nado as those will fill in more f the adult rides which is what they need but I could see a small wooden coaster go over amazing here bringing in even more guests.  All I can say is this won't be our last visit to Santa's Village and I can't wait to see how the park grows.
