The Spare Time Express as well as several rides are shoehorned
above the go-kart track as Neb's really uses every square inch of their
space to pack in the fun.
Walking above the track to the coaster it gets a little cagey. I'm
not meaning cagey as in "wary" or "careful". Instead they kind of
went all out with the fencing and cages to keep guests from getting to
the rides. The reason for this I think is that they don't have
attendants on the rides at all times so they are erring on the side of
caution to keep kids from climbing over and getting to places they
shouldn't.
All the way at the end of the walkway squeezed into the attic is Neb's
Spare Time Express.
The Spare Time Express is a E&F Miller designed coaster that originally
opened as the Python Pit at Jeepers in Rockville, Maryland in 1996.
It ran there until 2007.
From 2008 to 2015 I'm not sure if it sat idle in Maryland or was in
storage in Canada but it eventually opened up here.
