The Dragon Mountain Rollercoaster at Marineland of Canada, Niagara Falls, Ontario

For decades the structure for the falls loomed over riders as they exited the mountain.  Recently Marineland took the excess structure down removing the reminder of an interesting albeit expensive idea that never came to be.

With a custom built terrain, multiple tunnels and an extremely custom layout Dragon Mountain has to be one of the most custom of the rides that Arrow Dynamics designed.  I find that I have a hard time classifying it as a ride.

Technically it is a looping coaster as it loops and it uses the standard Arrow Looping Coaster train with a little theming added.

But with all of the helices, terrain hugging stretches of track and multiple long tunnels it feels more like a mine train.

I think the only way you can categorize Dragon Mountain as the worlds only looping mine train.
