This coaster was reopened this year after sitting idle since the mid 1980's.  Many enthusiasts worried that it'd be lost forever but many people took up the cause and got the funding to have it restored.  It'll turn 100 in 2002.  I think that's kind of cool!

Here's a shot from beneath of of the Dips.  It's practically a miracle that this coaster is still standing because it was totally obsolete as a coaster by the 1920's.  It has a top speed of 10 miles per hour and a monster drop of 9 feet.  You know what...this is going to be Carrie and my baby's first coaster after it's (I think it's a boy but Carrie hopes for a girl) born next spring.

After working it's way around the figure 8 a couple of times you reach the home stretch where there are several dips that are quite fun before entering the station.
